Giuliana Rancic of "Fashion Police" and "E! News" announced on Monday that she has breast cancer. The 36-year-old, who also stars in a reality show, "Giuliana and Bill," with her husband found out she was in the early stages of cancer when she had a mammogram as part of the protocol her doctor wanted for in vitro fertilization treatments. At her young age, a mammogram would not be part of a routine physical.
